Staying at this hotel was a real treat with top-notch rooms that exuded an old town charm, complimented by the best breakfast experience ever. However, the room size was a bit cramped for luggage space.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially due to its convenient location near the old town. The rooms were nice, though showing some signs of wear and tear, and I wished there were more mirrors. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us, although there was room for improvement in customer engagement. The location was perfect for exploring Tallinn on foot, right on the edge of the old town. The dining experience was great, but a bit unorganized, and the staff could work on improving their positivity. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
I was so comfortable in the rooms that I wished I had booked for more days. The rooms were top-notch, with nice amenities like a water kettle, comfortable beds, and toiletries, but they did heat up during the summer days. Service was fantastic, with knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Katya who was always ready to assist. The location was incredible, making it easy to explore the old town with nearby tram and bus stops to various attractions. The dining options were plentiful catering to every taste. Overall, a great experience with minor room temperature issues.
I stayed on the 'Artist floor' on the 6th floor, which was a unique experience. Although the room was in poor condition and not up to a 5-star standard, it had a wheelchair accessible shower, which might not be ideal for families. The hotel is located right in Tallinn's Old Town, offering a perfect base for exploring the city with vibrant night-life but also facing some noise issues from the nearby Hollywood nightclub.
The hotel offers a generous breakfast a la carte, big and well-equipped rooms, but they don't get completely dark at night due to the light from outside. Service is top-notch, truly dedicated to ensuring a great stay for guests, although there was an issue with claiming a booking without a spouse's ID. The location is very convenient at the fringe of the old town with easy access to the harbour and the airport, but there can be some disturbance from the nearby nightclub in the mornings. Dining provides a good variety and quality buffet, but some items may run out later in the morning.
